Leasing Information and Documents

Application Requirements

In order to save you time and the cost of an application fee, here are our requirements.

Credit report – Min. 620. No evictions in past 7 years.

Background check – No sex offenders. No felonies last 10 years.

Income to Rent: – 3 times income to rent for house rental. 3 times income to rent for RV rental.

Pets

The following are not allowed:

  • Cats
  • Reptiles
  • Spiders (tranchulas)
  • Insects (ants, roaches)
  • Ferrets
  • Pigs
  • Miniature horses
  • Goats
  • Exotic animals
  • Illegal animals (Prohibited by federal, state, or city laws)

All pets must be prescreened. Some breeds are not allowed per park rules.

Smoking and Vaping

We do not allow smoking or vaping inside or outside any of the properties.

Move-In Details

  • Minimum Lease: 12 Months
  • Full Lease Package signed
  • First month’s rent
  • Security Deposit: Security Deposit is equal to one months rent (including pet fee) plus any additional pet security deposit required after screening
