Your leasing agent is here to help you through the application process. Please feel free to contact them should you have any questions or concerns. The application and leasing process normally only takes a few days to complete dependent on your background.
- All Applicants must complete a prescreening at TurboTenant.com before showing.
- Applicants then can apply to become a tenant for Crown Gate Properties. Applications are done online through a third party service, TurboTenant.com. There is an application fee. This step in the application process requires that all proposed occupants, 18 years old or older, complete the following:
- Credit Report
- Background Check
- Income Verification
- Regardless if a pet is involved, a pet screening must be competed at Petscreening.com.
- Once the application is completed, prospective tenants must complete Park Applications depending on which park the unit is located. Some parks may require additional application fees. Park Applications include Park Rules section. You should ensure that you are familiar with, understand, and agree to abide by the rules of the Park. Park rules are available upon request prior to applying.
- You will be sent an electronic lease from DocuSign. Please read and understand thoroughly before signing.
- Once the lease is signed, you will be sent an email through TurboTenant.com to pay first months rent, security deposit, and any pet fees or pet security deposits.
- When Rent payment is received, you may move into your unit on your move in date. All rent and security deposits are collected through TurboTenant.com. Never directly pay to a leasing agent.
